TOPIC: What makes Tefila easier

Do you people also struggle with davening/praying?

I often find it so hard to focus - too much noise, too many things in my mind, or just simply - I'm not in the mood.

If you also experience it, are there any tips you'd be willing to share?

Yeah I know how that feels.
I try to read something inspiring before I daven. Also a really good tip that helped me daven was setting goals.
Instead of just seeting a goal "I want to say all of shmoeneh esrei, and brachos, and shma" I would make two goals, a minimum goal and a maximum. So I'd put the above as my max goal, and have a minimum goal of shmoneh esrei, something easier to for sure do. That way I never feel guilty that I'm "failing" or that my goal is "too small and stupid".
